Just a Quote

He who does nothing renders himself
incapable of doing anything;
but while we are executing any work,
we are preparing and qualifying ourselves,
to undertake another.
-William Hazlitt

This quote was in my math book today, and having nothing else to post about, I thought it would fit! I needed to read this, I am continually having to remind myself to WORK! Keep moving, don't be lazy!
I pray you all have a WONDERFUL day!
God Bless!

  1. Hi Hannah! So nice to hear from one of my "lurkers." :o) I'm glad my blog has been a blessing to you -- praise the Lord!

    I play my violin in church all the time (I accompany the piano for congregation singing). I would love for us to have a church orchestra, but so far it's just me and my sister Amy, who plays flute.

    I'm going to add your blog to my favorites so I remember to come back often! :o)

  5. Thank you for sharing that quote. It is true. Reading it today, I was reminded of a quote a pastor quoted in a sermon I listened to recently:

    "It is better to aim at perfection and fail, that to aim at nothing and succeed."

    I'm not sure whether the two are related at all!

    God bless,
    Anna
